●室内でバーニーズたちは放し飼いです。汚れても良い服装でいらしてください。
●夏は冷房を『強』で入れておりますし、冬は暖房を入れておりません。温かい 服装でお願いします。
●お時間前に来られた場合、前の方が終わっていない時があります。
その場合、一声掛けてから隣の浜名湖で遊ばれることをお勧めいたします。
●キャンセルをされる場合は、なるべく早くご連絡をお願い申上げます。
●ご質問がございましたらいつでもお受けしております。ご遠慮なくご連絡くださいませ。

The following charges are applicable if you want to consult veterinarians, trainers, and managers for discussing discipline.
* Sickness consultation - 1 hour, 3,150 yen
* Consultation for discipline - 1 hour, 2,100 yen
* Discipline, training (private lessons) -1 hour, 3,150 yen
* Health management consultation - 1 hour 2,100 yen
Please transfer the payment before consultation.
We will send the bank account details after we receive your reservation for your visit.
Also, the following charges are applicable if you use the facilities.
(Erinsha members will be charged special rates)
* Applying shampoo and dryer by yourself (please bring the shampoo) 1,050 yen for one time
* Micro-bubble (2,100 yen will be charged for shampoo additionally only during the first time. Deal coupons are available.)
6,300 yen for one time
* Shampoo & trimming -10,500 yen for one time

Important points for your visit
- The Bernese are left free within the building.
Please wear appropriate clothes as they may get dirty.
- The air conditioning is set to “High” during summer, and in winter heaters are not used. Ensure that you wear warm clothes.
- If you come before the scheduled time, the previous visitors may not have finished their tour.
- If you want to cancel, please inform as early as possible.
- If you want days other than Saturdays and Sundays, please mention your preferred date and time in the “Remarks” column.
We will adjust the date and time based on the information provided.
